The Nika Project is honored and excited to be connected with the beautiful CADRRE schools in Trivandrum, India. The Centre for Autism and other Disabilities Rehabilitation Research and Education (CADRRE) is a not-for-profit organization founded in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, with the aim of transforming the lives of children affected with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Throughout the pandemic and lockdown, we have been working collaboratively with the incredible team at CADRRE. We explored new tools and strategies and grew together in our “new world” of cloud-based communication tools. The staff worked alongside professors and students at San Francisco State University.

We will be traveling to Kerala, India this summer to work collaboratively with the students, therapists, teachers and families in many different schools and organizations in this region.
